1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of digital products, courses, videos, guides, downloadable materials, and related services offered by Vantora Retail LLC. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products and delivery
Products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used at checkout.
Delivery may occur by email, private cloud-storage access, download link, course-access link, or another electronic method described with the product.
3. License and permitted use
Unless a product states otherwise, purchases provide a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased educational content. Customers may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, reproduce for resale, share paid access with third parties, or use the materials to create competing copies of the purchased product.
4. Payments and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax or similar transaction taxes may be calculated and collected based on the information provided during checkout and applicable law.
5. Refunds
Because products are digital, purchases are generally considered final after digital access or delivery has been provided. If you experience a duplicate charge, non-delivery, a materially defective file, or another billing problem, contact customer support. We will review reasonable requests and provide refunds when required by applicable law.
When possible, contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can investigate promptly.
6. Account and access misuse
Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payment activity, redistribution of paid materials, deliberate circumvention of access controls, or other abuse may result in cancellation, restriction, or termination of digital access, subject to applicable law.
7. Educational nature of content
Courses and tutorials are provided for educational purposes. Results depend on the learner, software versions, third-party services, and other factors. We do not guarantee employment, income, certification, or a particular outcome from using educational content.
8. Third-party names and software
Product and company names referenced on this website are used for educational identification purposes only. Vantora Retail LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, JetBrains, Apple, Google, or Adobe. Third-party software and services are subject to their own licenses, terms, and availability.
9. Availability and changes
We may update product descriptions, course materials, pricing, and availability. If a purchased product requires a material delivery change, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate replacement or support option.
10. Limitation and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Vantora Retail LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational content or third-party software or services.
